Turner Homes can help you locate a lot and assist with your plan selection, whether it is a plan chosen from a gallery of completed plans or is a unique plan designed specifically for you. You benefit from our outstanding working relationships with many area architects and engineers. We can recommend many quality design professionals who are best suited to meet your individual needs.

Guidance
Throughout the construction of your new home, it is our job to guide you through the decisions that affect the finished product. Our professionals take the time to clearly explain all options available to you, from architect selection to material selection. Our scheduled job site meetings with you give you the opportunity to view your house's progress and the flexibility to make changes, which ensures your requirements are being met. In addition, our superintendents and project managers will routinely call to make sure you are always informed throughout the construction process.

Contracting
Turner Homes offers many contracting options. We will work with you to make sure your contract meets your individual needs.

Final Walk-through and Close-out
No home is complete without a final walk-through. We are committed to delivering the highest quality craftsmanship and all our efforts are focused to that end. However, we do recognize that with custom homes, occasionally there are some minor adjustments that need to be made after the final walk-through. We take the initiative to quickly complete any items generated from our final walk-through so you can move in and begin to enjoy life in your new custom home.

Warranty
Turner Homes warranties our workmanship for 12 months after the final walk through. We initiate a 30 day and 60 day post closing inspection and a 12 month inspection to complete the construction process.
