Cave Spring United Methodist Church | Roanoke, Virginia

This project, currently under construction, is for the addition of a 500 seat sanctuary with classrooms on the lower level, a new kitchen facility, and minor renovation within the existing facility. Also included are a new parking lot, landscaping, and utilities.

Extensive renovations to this historic facility included new mechanical, electrical, and security systems as well as handicap access upgrades. Alterations to the lower level will allow for a new museum and visitors’ center.

St. John’s Episcopal Church | Roanoke, Virginia

We are nearing the completion of a 37,000 square foot three-level classroom/administrative addition with renovations and extensive site modifications to this historic landmark. Traditional and complex architectural features, along with a crowded site and poor soil bearing conditions, have created a challenging project requiring careful planning and execution.
