Plaza | Roanoke, Virginia | | | | | Construction of this 150,000 square foot, five-story office building (poured in place concrete super structure) was originally set for a 12-month construction schedule. However, due to a three-month delay in the purchase of the land and a previous commitment to the major tenant, a very tight schedule became a necessity. In order to meet the schedule, we preformed the concrete work with our own forces and turned this building located in downtown Roanoke over for occupancy within the compressed nine-month schedule.
