Division | Roanoke, Virginia | | | | This was a fast-track project located in Roanoke County’s Valley Tech Park. The printing facility is 277,000 square feet with pre-stressed concrete panels and masonry walls. It houses Donnelley’s short-run, four-color book publishing division, using state of the art Heidelberg Harris M600 presses. We teamed with Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern for the design of this project and were able to involve many local subcontractors as well as a national mechanical subcontractor to construct this project.
