Lewis-Gale Clinic / Valley View Medical Center |
Roanoke, Virginia

This is a 3 1/2 story, 62,470 square foot medical building that includes medical offices, examination rooms and special procedure rooms for the latest medical treatment equipment. We negotiated this project and our firm played a major role in the project development and material selection taking into consideration both price and long-term performance. Since the original completion of this building, we have completed several upfits to finish it out.

Renovations and additions that took place from 1981 through 1993 included the Oncology Department, the Physical Therapy Department, the ICU and CCU suites, the Open Heart Surgery suite, the Business Office, a new parking lot, the second floor X-ray film storage area, and the Cath Lab. We also upfitted the entire sixth floor, the MRI area, and the Special Procedures area.
