Foundation, Charlottesville, Virginia

This three-story, 60,000 square foot office building was completed in October 1996. It features a steel frame structure with brick and architectural pre-cast concrete veneer. The building’s exterior reflects the Jeffersonian influence prevalent in Charlottesville, while providing for a modern, open floor plan for interior tenant space. The construction, complete with tenant upfits, was completed in an 11-month timeframe.
