| We recently completed construction of this five-story, 70,000 square foot headquarters building for one of the state’s largest community banks. This showcase facility houses the bank’s executive staff along with a majority of its operational departments. In addition, this project includes the bank’s main branch, featuring a two-story atrium along with a four-story curtain wall. This project was originally bid on the open market; however, all bids were rejected due to budgetary constraints. The owner then negotiated a G.M.P. contract with J. M. Turner & Company, Inc. to work with them to provide a facility that met their operational and budgetary needs. J. M. Turner & Company’s team efforts and knowledge of area subcontractors, suppliers and engineers were essential in meeting the bank’s expectations and goals. Architect | Gifford O.
