This is a medium-size branch bank built on the same site as an existing smaller branch. The need of the owner to keep the smaller branch open while the new branch was constructed five feet away created special construction and phasing problems. The new branch was built based on the new corporate architectural look and the work was accomplished without a lost day of business to First Union.
