| Carter Machinery | Roanoke, Virginia We were selected to work with the owner to fast-track this project which houses Carter Machinery’s corporate headquarters and space for its sophisticated computer operations center. During the month following our selection as general contractor, we assisted the owner in employing an architect and developing the design and budget for the project. We worked with the architect to offer design and value engineering suggestions for the 38,000 square foot addition. We were able to help trim four months from the original construction schedule by being involved in the preliminary project planning.
