Amerisuites Motel | Roanoke, Virginia

Construction was completed on this six-story, 128-room motel facility during the summer of 1997. The structure for this 72,350 square foot facility is masonry bearing walls with poured in place concrete floor slabs. The foundation is an 18-inch thick floating slab, which was one of the largest monolithic concrete pours ever to take place in the area. We constructed this project near Valley View Mall in Roanoke for Prime Hospitality Corporation.
